How does territory exclusivity work?

When you sign with North True Marketing, we lock your territory immediately. We define your market based on your primary service area and remove every competing plumbing company in that zone from our prospecting pipeline. We will never take on a direct competitor in your market for as long as you remain a client.

Do you work with HVAC or other trades?

No. We work exclusively with residential plumbing companies. This focus is intentional — it allows us to build deeper expertise, better systems, and stronger results than any generalist agency can offer.

How long does it take to see results?

If another plumbing company in your area is already a North True client, we cannot take you on for that territory. We will let you know immediately during your strategy call. If you are on the border of a locked territory, we will discuss whether an adjacent market makes sense for your business.

What do I need to get started?
